You will have also seen the vast range of products that we have in stock, and how we can design and fabricate almost any product you need. Our motto is, "We'll get it. If we can't get it, we'll make it." We carry over 3,000 items in stock, but if we haven't got it what you need, we'll make every effort to get it for you when you need it.
Yes it is possible to purchase many cable products by the metre, helping to save on wastage.
Yes, we do offer complete kits for common and standard jobs. In fact, we have a range of pre-packed products all grouped together to help you carry out these jobs quickly and easily, and save time and money when ordering. If you need a specific kit that we don't already provide, we're happy to make them up for you on a regular basis. Simply contact us to discuss your requirements.
We aim to respond to all requests for quotes within one working day. If you need a quote faster than this, please let us know and we'll do our utmost to get it done. If we can't get you a quote within one working day, we'll let you know.
We may not be the cheapest but we are frequently the least expensive, with no hidden costs. You'll be notified of all costs upfront. Our quotes are normally exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, plus carriage that is charged depending on the weight of the consignment. If you need to know exactly how much carriage will cost you, we would be happy to work it out and quote you.
Yes, we can package all of our goods to your company specifications to ensure smooth delivery to your clients. Subject to agreement, these packages can carry your logo and branding as if they have come direct from your company. This will save you time and money as you won't have to repackage the products at your end.
We are happy for you to collect your order if you wish. A lot of our customers collect their goods on the way to an installation or simply to save the carriage cost.
Firstly, we'll discuss your requirements with you over the phone or by email if you prefer. We can then arrange for one of our sales team to come out and see you if you wish. If the solution is beyond the capabilities of our sales team, they will involve our technical team. We are rarely defeated by a request for a solution.
Yes. Every single product sold or fabricated by Graham Smith UK is covered by a full 12-month warranty covering material and manufacturing defects. If you have any problems with any of our products within this period, simply return it and we will repair or replace it free of charge.
We have two delivery services guaranteed to get your items to you by the next working day:

Next Day AM delivery

Our Next Day AM delivery service guarantees items will be delivered before 9.30am to 99% of the UK, on all orders placed before 4pm the previous day. This service offers outstanding value and complete peace of mind - saving you both time and money.

Standard Next Day delivery

Our Standard Next Day delivery service guarantees items will be delivered next day to 99% of the UK by 4pm on orders placed before 4pm the previous day. All orders received before 3pm (12 noon for pallets) Monday to Friday, subject to availability, shall be despatched on this service. Every effort shall be made to despatch urgent orders after this time.

We also offer the option of specified time and Saturday deliveries. These can be arranged subject to an additional fee.
No returns can be accepted for credit unless previously agreed. Software programs may not be returned under any circumstances unless they are not what you ordered, and then only if the security seal has not been broken.

We may charge 20% of invoice value or a minimum of £10 on Goods "not wanted" or "incorrectly ordered". All Goods returned for these reasons must be received by us within 30 days of the original invoice date, undamaged and in their original packaging. Relevant British Standard precautions must be taken by you for the return of Goods classified as a "static sensitive device".

You will bear all the costs of returning any Goods.
All of our products have been processed in strict accordance with standard quality procedures approved by URS to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007. ISO 9001:2008 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems. It demonstrates that our company works to a set of principles that ensure a commonsense approach to the management of our business activities to consistently achieve customer satisfaction.

OHSAS 18001:2007 is the internationally recognised assessment specification for occupational health and safety management systems. It was developed by a selection of leading trade bodies, international standards and certification bodies to address a gap where no third-party certifiable international standard exists. Both of these certifications highlight the commitment that we have to maintaining the highest standards of operation across all areas of our business.
Yes. Simply send us two trade references and a banker's reference if you want to apply to open a credit account. Any credit limit given to you shall at all times be discretionary and may be reduced, suspended or withdrawn at our discretion at any time without prior notice.
